Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We are open and shipping pan India. Please allow minimum 2-3 days for your order to be dispatched and allow at least 5-10 days for the order to reach your home. Due to country wide Covid-19 restrictions, we are taking every precaution for your order to reach you safely and in time, but please bear longer shipping transit duration during these tough times.
Returns
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if any), and in its original packaging (with all the complimentary materials). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at srfinejewellery@gmail.com or whatsapp us at +91-7827405240. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as pickup instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings and nose studs for hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The shipping charges as of Rs.150 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any contract of order between you and us if there is insufficient stock, there is a typographical error in the price, product description or any absurdity with product images. If we do cancel your order, we will notify you by email and re-credit your account with the amount deducted at the earliest. We won’t be able to offer any additional compensation for the inconvenience caused.
